Tips and tricks!

 Tip 1:  Those of us with elevens or lines around the mouth and eyes, I found the inexpensive no injectable cure! It has been around for decades and some of the most beautiful women swear by them!  They are called frownies! I got over 40 pieces for under $20! They work best overnight but can be worn for just a few hours for fantastic results! Hyaluronic acid and frownies are my new best friends.

Tip 2:  I am a side sleeper.  No matter what I do I end up on my side creating horrible cleavage lines.  A nurse once told me to use painters tape across the cleavage line before bed.  It stops the skin from gathering and creating deep unforgiving lines.  

REMINDER!!

Sunscreen! Always and don't forget your hands, throat and chest.  Eminence has a fantastic powder Sunscreen which is super easy to apply.  Remember to reapply.  As the world reopens and the sun shines, we need to remember to protect our skin! And hydrate! It pumps the skin which makes fine lines disappear!

Hair hack and bonus diet tip!!

 Okay ladies and gentlemen, I have discovered an AMAZING product!! Spiral bobby pins! You twist them into your messy bun or smooth bun and it will stay put all day! However, the best thing about these boppy pins is over night beach waves!  I separate my wet hair into four sections, six if I'm feeling super sassy.  Twist each section into a bun and secure with the spiral pin.  Take out in the morning and enjoy gorgeous curls! I bought mine on on Amazon. $4.99 for a set of 10.  You won't regret it!

Diet bonus!! If you know me you know I LOVE ice cream!! I would eat it 3 times a day.  Trying to satisfy my cravings and keep my calorie intake down, I have discovered the most satisfying treat!! Cool Whip and sugar free pudding or jello!! My first experiment is half a package of sugar free strawberry jello and half a package of sugar free cheesecake pudding!! Add a little at a time and stir in completely and carefully.   Add fresh strawberries and enjoy!! I'll share more flavors next week!!

Beauty product review part 1

Not going anywhere has allowed me to experiment with some awesome beauty products from home!  

First let's talk lashes! My new schedule has eliminated me being able to continue my extension game.  I am still 100% a fan of extensions but I needed an alternative.  I did try magnetic lashes, which was fun but a bit too much for around the house.  I will spare you the failures and share my winner! Loreal voluminous primer and Maybelline Sky High! One coat of primer, let it dry and two coats of Sky High! Boom! Lash game is on fire! 

For under $20, I am a happy girl! Next week I will share my new found hair hack!

Happy New Year!

 Hi friends!! I took a little break from the world while I completed some life tasks. This covid world has been a little difficult for me to navigate. Quality time is my love language, and the people who sent texts and messages and made a phone call are my squad for sure.  

The new year is here and so many are establishing their resolutions, but not this girl.  I feel like my momentum started with covid this year.  I know there is more in me and I want to be better.  Making better food choices, exercising of some sort everyday. Sometimes it is just stretching. My financial fitness.  Studying investments and making small investments until I understand more. Putting my face on almost everyday.  When I look better, I feel better. Most importantly,  I have resolved to be intentional with every relationship I have in my life. Time is precious and giving attention to those you love can make such a difference in their life and my life.

I think of every Monday as a new year.  A fresh start. Don't beat yourself up if you fall of track.  Shake it off and start again!! If you need a cheerleader, I am your girl!!!
